  Nestled on the corner of Marchmont Road and Marchmont Crescent, Café Artista is, appropriately, smack-dab in the middle of a bustling university route and a hub of off-campus student living. An eye-catching yellow awning, outdoor seating and a menu of tried and true favourites keeps the café full with a mix of young academics, local workers, families and passers-by.
  
  Café Artisa lives up to the needs of its prime locale by covering all the essential student-y staples, from pastries to paninis and pizzas, all available early morning until late. Forget fruit and muesli - let yourself be tempted by bacon sandwiched between two fluffy pancakes, whipped cream and real Canadian maple syrup. Or perhaps a sausage, egg and hash brown medley all on a buttery grilled bagel? Homemade chili? Gourmet pizza? Even if that doesnt tickle your fancy, everyone is a sucker for a free caramelized biscuit served with a giant foamy latte. Although not the cheapest café in town, you wont be disappointed by the convenient location, speedy service or the portion size, and there is something to be said for strong
  coffee.
